Roles and Responsibilities
- Setting, collecting, and depositing rent
- Marketing, showing, and leasing vacant units
- Screening, signing, and renewing leases with tenants
- Handling tenant issues and complaints
- Scheduling and tracking maintenance and repairs of properties
- Communicating with property owners and complying with landlord and tenant laws
- Managing finances, records, and taxes of properties
- Renting out vacant spaces
Required Skills or Experience
- Must have minimum 3+ years of Experience in the field of Property Management
- Must have minimum Diploma in Real Estate
- Must Have a place to live in Kumasi
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Customer Service Skills
- Teamwork and Collaboration
- Marketing and Negotiation Skills
